These services will encompass, but are not limited to: identifying, diagnosing, and resolving connectivity problems and network outages; conducting audits of existing network security systems to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards; making strategic recommendations to improve network performance, reliability, and scalability; and assisting the internal it team with the planning, implementation, and documentation of configuration changes or upgrades to the equipment specified in this rfp. The respondent will also be expected to provide guidance on emerging technologies, offer knowledge transfer to owner’s staff when applicable, and maintain clear communication regarding issues identified, steps taken, and recommendations for long-term network stability.
