Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades – Phase 2 is described briefly as follows: In general, construction shall consist of conversion of sludge digester #2 to an aerobic digester. Removal of the digester roof, complete clean out, and installation of new mixing and aeration equipment along with slabs, piping, electrical, and controls for a working aerobic digester. Additional plant work shall include a new stairwell, plant by-pass pumping connection, and rehabilitation of the primary clarifier influent lines.

Includes all site work, including crushed concrete drive and foundations, asphalt driveway, storm sewer, swales, inlets, concrete pads, fencing, and all electrical controls, wiring, and conduit necessary for a complete system.
