Provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the Whatcom Community College Technology and Engineering Center. Design and construct a new, approx. 52,000 gsf Technology and Engineering Center (TEC) building and related infrastructure on the north end of campus to provide program specific labs, technology rich classrooms, general purpose classrooms, staff and faculty offices, and student-focused spaces. Building programming may include purposefully designed lab spaces to meet the physical security requirements of a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) as defined by the National Security Agency (NSA).

Construction of a new 27,000 SF Police station building located on the current Beebe school site adjacent to the Milano Family Senior center and the Beebe estate in Melrose, MA. Along with the construction of the new all electric LEED Certified building, work includes: demolition of the existing concrete & masonry school building structure, complete site redevelopment & utilities infrastructure work, construction in & along West Foster Street. Scope also includes coordination with existing / new site utilities; complete new E911 / police dispatch center; detainee processing, detention, monitoring areas; secure evidence storage areas; command and administrative staff areas, as well as a series of both public and staff only secured spaces.
