Sources Sought: UFMS and HYPERION Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support

The scope of the contract is to provide on-site information technology and business operations support for the organizations, applications and processes specified within this document to maintain the overall functionality of the IHS financial business processes. The Contractor is expected to provide the personnel necessary to perform the contract and who possess the breadth and depth of knowledge to work across modules and functions in the UFMS, Hyperion and FBIS environments. The Contractor will also perform in accordance with best practices, lessons learned and employ project management and risk-management strategies from similar Federal and commercial engagements to all aspects of this project. A transition period may be required for the Contractor to assume UFMS O&M support services. This transition period will be 30 days in duration with the expectation of no interruption in services.
