The SEC proposes to negotiate the procurement of expert or third-party neutral services for any current or anticipated litigation or dispute. The SEC requires these services from various contractors in support of the SEC mission. Historically, the SEC awards approximately 100 expert or third-party neutral services actions on an annual basis. This Class J&A will cover contracts awarded for expert or third-party neutral services in the SEC until rescinded. See attached file.

NASA AMES Research Center

Developing competitive proposals in response to NASA Announcements of Opportunity (AOs), Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Missions of Opportunity (MoOs) and proposal calls from other government agencies. ARC is interested in identifying potential partners that can perform science investigations, conduct research activities, and develop and demonstrate new technologies that are aligned with NASA’s goals. Information is also sought regarding partners that, in addition to performing substantial research, can provide flight hardware (i.e., spacecraft, deployment systems, suborbital systems, ground support systems, equipment, or instrumentation) necessary to implement proposed science investigations, research activities or technology demonstration missions.

Seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the objectives described above, in addition to meeting the following essential requirements: Software: Run using LabOne software platform for interoperability with existing Zurich Instrument lock-in amplifier systems. Computer interface: USB or ethernet. Multi-instrument system comprised of lock-in amplifier, PID controller, spectrum analyzer and impedance analyzer. Lock-in bandwidth: DC to 5 MHz or greater. Current inputs: Transimpedance stage gain: 10 MV/A at 250 kHz or better with a range of 100 nA. PID controller: One or more independent PID channels with a PID bandwidth > 10 kHz.
