First floor office renovations.

Laveen School District

Project includes the construction of a new transportation building approx.15,000 SF. Civil work to include front driveway, moving the retention area, adding additional parking spots in two locations, as well as the remodeling and expansion of existing campus facilities including the support services building (Building D), approx. 2,200 SF including restrooms, breakroom and office space to improve functionality. In addition, approx. 14,300 SF of secured covered parking and baseball field renovations.

Delaware Office of Management and Budget

The project consists of interior renovations, including but not limited to demolition, concrete, masonry, cold- form metal framing, glass and metal railings, drywall partitions, carpet and vinyl flooring, vinyl base, painting, acoustic wall panels, new fixed audience seating, and miscellanious patching and repairing.
