Park place apartments site improvements project.

The project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Site preparation, erosion controls and tree protection, site and utility improvements, site grading, and hydroseeding necessary for the installation of an outdoor pavilion structure. The pavilion will be installed via a separate contract with the pavilion vendor. Site contractor will be required to coordinate schedule and work with pavilion installer throughout the project. 2. Subgrade preparation and utility connections necessary for the pavilion installation are included in this project.

Removal of pavement and other improvements, pipelines, and substructures; earthwork; construction of fencing, parking barriers, and traffic controls; construction of pavements, pavement markings, and other improvements; relocation of substructures and utilities; and site clearing. Work also includes trenching and backfilling, preparing soil, landscaping, planting, hardscaping, irrigation systems, site furnishings, and plant establishment and maintenance
