Kitchen and hallway repairs 1. Wall repair - hallway behind dishwasher (throughway area): remove deteriorated drywall and assess the extent of moisture damage. Replace affected drywall and insulation as needed. Apply antimicrobial treatment to exposed framing (if applicable). Finish wall to match existing surfaces. 2. Frp installation - kitchen wall behind dishwasher: install frp (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels behind the dishwasher in the kitchen. Ensure coverage extends to all surfaces exposed to moisture or at risk of exposure. Panels to be properly adhered and sealed to prevent future water intrusion. 3. Grout repair - dishwasher floor area: remove and replace cracked or missing grout surrounding the base of the dishwasher. Replace or reset any compromised tiles. Seal grout for long-term moisture protection.
