The Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) seeks proposals from vendors that will securely deliver evidence-based, ethical mental health counseling or therapy services via telehealth (mental health provided services via an encrypted telecommunications platform) for students and school district employees. Eligible applicants submitting proposals must meet the guidelines established for participating vendors in the "Mental Health Telecounseling Pilot Project" in the Education Fund appropriation in Act 2025-270. Navarro Independent School District
Provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system and related services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements for a solution that will enhance our communication capabilities, support growing number of campuses, and replace existing cloud-based phone system. Hamilton County School District
Qualified, experienced, and professional vendor(s) to provide school-based mental health services. Services with parental consent will be prevention and intervention-focused, delivered on an as-needed basis, and may include: individual, group, and family school-based therapy; mental health education; early identification of mental health concerns; crisis support; and referral to community resources. Vendor staff will operate within preschool, elementary, middle, and high school settings to help students overcome behavioral, emotional, or social challenges that interfere with success at school and home.
