City of Menlo Park
The City of Menlo Park seeks proposals from qualified community-based organizations to conduct tailored public outreach and engagement for the design elements of the Menlo Park SAFER Bay Project, focusing on the Belle Haven and Bayfront neighborhoods. The selected organization will coordinate with City staff and the design/engineering consultant team, which will develop outreach materials and lead citywide engagement.
East Bay Regional Park District
The East Bay Regional Park District is soliciting consultant services to perform community engagement and outreach with Antioch residents and nearby communities to evaluate feasible alternatives for the Contra Loma swim facility. The consultant will prepare a project alternatives summary with broad cost estimates; a pre-proposal Zoom session is scheduled and solicitation documents are available to registered users.
City of Ogden
Provide a modern community engagement platform. The objective is to strengthen communication, transparency, and trust between city's public safety agency and the community through a secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital solution. The platform should empower residents to interact with law enforcement in ways that are timely, meaningful, and convenient, while also enabling staff to manage, track, and analyze engagement activities. The platform should also integrate with CAD and RMS systems.
City of Columbus
Conduct a vendor availability study. An offeror qualified and experienced in developing and executing a comprehensive community engagement plan to support the implementation of the vendor availability study. The community engagement portion of the study will support and supplement the data collected in the larger study. The results of the community engagement activities will assist the city in gaining a greater understanding of vendors' experiences.
