Conduct a vendor availability study. An offeror qualified and experienced in developing and executing a comprehensive community engagement plan to support the implementation of the vendor availability study. The community engagement portion of the study will support and supplement the data collected in the larger study. The results of the community engagement activities will assist the city in gaining a greater understanding of vendors' experiences.

The platform should empower residents to interact with law enforcement in ways that are timely, meaningful, and convenient, while also enabling staff to manage, track, and analyze engagement activities. The platform should also integrate with CAD and RMS systems.
