This project involves full-depth reconstruction of the existing roadway section, with the intent to rebuild the pavement structure in-place, matching the current grade and curb lines.

0.50 mi of concrete pavement reconstruction, pavement joint repair, concrete sidewalk and ramps, and permanent pavement markings.
City of The Colony
The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of Hawse Drive (Arbor Glen Road to Paige Road), Adams Drive (Paige Road to Ramsey Drive), and Pemberton Lane (Blair Oaks Drive to the eastern Cul-de-Sac). Water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements are provided at various locations of the project. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approx. 14,031 SY of 6" thick reinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, and approx. 37,589 SF of 4" thick reinforced concrete sidewalks, approx. 380 LF of 21" to 6'X2' reinforced concrete pipe and box, 3,877 LF of 6" to 8" diameter sanitary sewer line, 4,300 LF of 8" water line, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony.
