Due to the preliminary stage of this planning activity, there is no statement of work available at this time. The anticipated number of procurements, scope, types of contracts, periods of performance, amount of funding, or set aside possibilities are to be determined. The major elements of scope may include, but are not limited to: integrated planning: coordinate comprehensive analysis plans, data quality objectives, and research and analytical technology support across collaborating organizations. Establish mutually agreed-upon interfaces for analytical chemistry sampling and general analytical support, and manage analytical throughput and waste generation to meet project commitments. Sample analytical chemistry: perform full life-cycle management of samples, including receipt, preparation, and advanced analysis such as inorganic, organic, and radiochemistry. This includes providing structured data reports and deliverables, as well as executing all supporting activities necessary to maintain laboratory readiness, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. This scope also includes receiving site samples and shipment to off-site commercial laboratories. The contractor is responsible for sample documentation and tracking, report qa review, formatting and submittal of results to clients, laboratory subcontract management, roll down of requirements to the laboratories, and resolution of issues.
