Red Barn Drainage Improvements (RFB)

Installation of piped drainage underneath a sidewalk. The work shall include: Removal, or saw cuts, of sidewalk slabs, and proper disposal. Installation of new underground piping beneath the adjacent sidewalk that connects via “boot” to downspouts, and directs water to a suitable discharge point, such as a storm sewer or daylight. Restoration of disturbed surfaces, including concrete and landscaping. Underground piping: [e.g., Schedule 40 PVC or SDR-35, minimum 4" diameter, with proper slope and cleanouts if required]. All work must comply with local stormwater and building codes. Contractor is responsible for all permits, inspections, and utility locates.
