Q301--Elliot Follow On *SOLE SOURCE*

The contractor shall provide STAT, other select lab testing services, and provide irradiate blood products on an as needed basis. Contractor shall provide professional and technical services to include materials, supplies, equipment and qualified supervision specified herein. The Contractor Laboratory: I. Shall provide STAT and other select lab testing services (off-site): A. Contractor is required to perform STAT analytical testing for VA Medical Center patients for the tests defined on the STAT listed in Attachment A Test Menu. See attached file. B. Contractor is required to perform routine analytical testing for VA Medical Center patients for services with CPT codes between 80000 and 90000 as well as new or generic codes are included in this agreement.
