Provide shingle roof replacement. Gutters are to remain in place. Remove old roofing and underlayment inside the sections denoted in yellow. Remove and replace metal flashing in four valleys. Flash and seal around three vent stacks. Replace drip edge as necessary. Remove old roofing materials down to decking, inspect and replace any damaged or rotten decking, clean up and properly dispose of all materials off-site, install underlayment, seal flashing where necessary, install and fasten fiberglass shingles, properly install ridge caps, and ensure all construction materials, scraps, and any other debris are removed from the site.
