Replacement of the roof for the central library facility. Remove old ballast and existing EPDM roofing. Provide 3 options for replacement materials. A. Install EPDM style roofing system; B. Install TPO or Duro-last style roofing system; C. Install 2-ply style roofing system. Install new roofing material including flashing and associated materials.
