Work consist of renovation of office lobby, interior upgrades to the existing building lobby. Scope includes the installation of a living wall system and a minor slab on grade demo, and the installation of drainage pipe. Minor interior infill framing, minor demo on the second floor to increase the opening, new interior finishes on the floor, wall, and ceiling. New lighting fixtures on the first floor, second floor, and stairway.
