Work consist of renovation of office lobby, interior upgrades to the existing building lobby. Scope includes the installation of a living wall system and a minor slab on grade demo, and the installation of drainage pipe. Minor interior infill framing, minor demo on the second floor to increase the opening, new interior finishes on the floor, wall, and ceiling. New lighting fixtures on the first floor, second floor, and stairway.

Renovation of the inner lobby of the adult detention center jail, to create a second security zone with the lobby of the mail floor of the jail. To include some minor demo, mill-work cabinetry, counter tops, security gates and turnstiles including electrical renovations and flooring.
Atlanta Metropolitan State College
Renovations of 2nd floor in building 600 to include terminal units.
