Provide, Install and Maintain Emergency Vehicle Equipment and Vinyl Decals for Kanawha County Sheriff's Office Vehicles

Three-year (renewed annually) contract to supply, install, remove and maintain emergency vehicle equipment and removable vinyl decals for the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office fleet (~125 vehicles). Required products/services include lightbars, interior and deck/grille LED lights, siren speakers, consoles, prisoner partitions/seating, window barriers, gun racks, K9/prisoner transport units and vinyl lettering (brands/models listed: SoundOff, Setina, HAVIS, etc.). Vendor qualifications: minimum 5 years’ experience, Authorized Sales & Warranty Service Provider, Blueprint Certified Technician on-site, 24-hour emergency call-out, Charleston metro service facility capable of secure storage for up to 150 surplus vehicles and sufficient product inventory. Bid must include pricing for complete installation/removal (labor only), itemized equipment and installation costs, standard and after-hours labor rates, monthly maintenance and monthly storage rate; references and specified forms required.
