Program Management and Owner Advisor Services for the Harborview Bond Program (RFP)

Provide program management, owner advisor, construction management, and phased development services to King County Department of Executive Services (“County”) for over 648,000 SF of new construction and over 558,000 SF of renovated medical facilities for the Harborview Medical Center (HMC). This work is known collectively as the Harborview Bond Program (“Program”). The Program consists of approximately eight (8) projects, including new tower construction, infrastructure, interior space renovation and expansion of HMC essential support services and County services, mechanical and electrical upgrades, seismic renovation, parking and medical office building construction, early work packages and more.
