Gampel Pavilion Renovations project on campus, for phase 1 of the project. The University of Connecticut is undertaking a focused renovation to Gampel Pavilion on the campus. Gampel Pavilion is an approx 171,000 SF, 10,299- seat multipurpose dome and is the largest on-campus venue for college basketball in the New England area. The goal of this project’s renovation is to modernize and create maximum efficiencies of the existing spaces in Gampel Pavilion while also further increasing new revenue generating areas and opportunities that support the facility’s use. Selective Demolition, Drywall, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Access Controls and Security, AV & Data Communications Systems.

University Of Alabama At Birmingham

The project consists of a complete finish upgrade with MEP modifications to the 15,600 SF Critical Intensive Care Unit (CICU) on the 5th floor of the North Pavilion facility. The scope of work includes architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection new work and associated demolition to facilitate the updates to the unit.
