Seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services during the design phase of the new elementary school project. The CMAR shall provide constructability analysis, proposed approach to phasing and logistics, construction schedule; and cost estimates for each drawing deliverable; provide value engineering; and other typical CMAR preconstruction services.

The scope of the CMAR’s Pre-Construction Services includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Participation in regularly scheduled design progress review meetings with the Architect and the Owner. The CMAR shall provide ongoing input with respect to constructability, construction cost, construction duration, sequence of construction, and construction means and methods. 2. Conducting investigations, with participation by appropriat subcontractors, of all existing site and building conditions, and all off-site conditions as appropriate for each project.
