DPSCD Carsten Elementary-Middle School (RFP)

Washoe County School District

Seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services during the design phase of the new elementary school project. The CMAR shall provide constructability analysis, proposed approach to phasing and logistics, construction schedule; and cost estimates for each drawing deliverable; provide value engineering; and other typical CMAR preconstruction services.

Underwood Community School District

Work includes elementary and middle school 2026/2027 improvements. The project consists of the general, mep, and civil construction and other related work.

Tularosa School District 4

The scope of work includes the construction of a new middle shcool academic building with a cafeteria and gymnasium, as well as a separate career technical education (CTE) building. A part of the project, the existing band and Vo-ag buildings and other structre on the high school campus will be demolised.
