Requires labor support for analytical and logistics Product Support Management (PSM) to maintain three geographically dispersed CIF’s supporting common ICE, Organizational Equipment (OE), and common medical material management for the Navy Expeditionary Combat Enterprise (NECE) and the Navy Local Area Coordinator for Mobilization (LACMOB). PSM shall include cradle to grave inventory management of common ICE, common medical material management, customer support services, receipt, disposition, and analysis of logistics metrics to improve operational support. The services covered under this PWS are to be performed at Williamsburg, VA and Gulfport, MS. The MEDCIF FTE supported under this PWS will amount to 50% of the total FTE labor requirement. The contractor must have a minimum of two (2) years of medical logistics and inventory management experience. Provide labor to support NECC MEDCIF requirements to the level of five (5) Full-Time Employees. Provide specialized medical logistics support services and guidance to assist the MEDCIF Manager in conducting inventory management, to include assistance in building/packing Medical and Dental Kits, shipping, receiving, disposition, conducting inventories, and the ability to work retrograde and/or reconstitution of medical/dental assets for reuse.
