Lower Platte South Natural Resources District
Grade and dispose of loose rock ballast. Placement of crushed limestone screenings atop the existing crushed limestone trail. Other work on the project is to remove and reinstall metal transitions on east bridge, and remove and reinstall bollards.

This project shall include removing and disposing of all existing deck boards, railroad tie joists, and bridge railings. All bridge stringers are to be inspected for rot. Rotted stringers shall be disposed of and replaced as needed. New railroad tie joists, deck boards, and railing shall be installed. Deck boards shall be installed at a 45-degree angle across joists. Any damage to the trail or shoulder from construction shall be repaired.
Walker County
Work includes resurfacing and extension of the walker rocks park trail, consists of surfacing approx 3,215' of crushed/compacted stone with a compacted surface material, such as asphalt or bonded rubber, along with the optional installation of approx 475' section of new trail.

Provide street resurfacing services. All potholes shall be patched before resurfacing. Intersections when needed will be milled for a smooth transition. Roadways without curbing will be edged and swept before resurfacing. Roadways with curbing will be cleaned and free of vegetation before resurfacing. Resurfacing will be done with a minimum of two inches of type sp 9.5 or better asphalt. Roads to be milled will be done at a minimum of one inch. New surfacing will be done to ensure a smooth transition around manholes in the paved area. Preform manhole ring and cover adjustments. All traffic control and detouring will be the responsibility of the contractor.
