This Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall provide troubleshooting and repair of BAS system and component malfunctions, excluding component costs. This will involve a combination of remote and on-site technician service calls as determined most appropriate per consultation. All labor for system trouble-shooting and repairs to covered components performed during normal business hours will be included in the contract. Contractor will provide service to troubleshoot the problem and identify any failed components. Contractor will then present the facility with an estimate for the replacement components and electrical and technical labor to complete the replacement. This includes the cost of components, shipping, field labor, technician labor, service truck costs, etc. See attached file.
