Mid-Hudson 1 Bathroom Renovation

Demo floor to subfloor, walls and ceiling in shower area down to bare studs, and toilet. All tiled walls to be removed. 2 piece floor drains to be installed in kind(floor drain and bathtub drain). Ceiling in shower area to be sheetrocked with Durock or equivalent moisture sheetrock and painted in flat white. Replace toilet with new Gerber Viper 1.28gpf 12” rough-in two-piece compact elongated Ergoheight toilet in white. Remove box for parker tub plumbing, remove parker tub. After walls are up, replace box and parker tub with new plumbing. See attached file.
