Merion Circle Water and Wastewater Pipeline Renewal (IFB)

Renewal of approximately 13,000 LF of water line in the area bounded by Loyola Ln (south), Johnny Morris (west), and Colony Loop (east). This project is part of Austin Water’s efforts to replace aging and deteriorated pipeline infrastructure.

The work consists of the replacement of approx. 6,000 LF of 8" and 12" waterline and approx. 5,700 LF of 8" wastewater pipe. Also includes 20,041 SY of surface milling; 708 SY of hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, 3", type C; 19,333 SY of hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, 2" type D; 144 LF of encasement pipe 16" dia. type 3/8" steel; see attached files.
