Restroom renovation and new lactation room project. Renovation of the second level men and women s restroom to include demo and new architectural finishes such as floor and wall tile, paint and solid surface countertops. The scope of work also includes alternates for new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, auto door openers, ceiling tiles and the creation of a lactation room.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of existing boilers, and installation of new boilers, Demolition of the existing HVAC system in the Administration Building and installation of a new VRF system with DOAS Energy recovery unit, Demolition and installation of lighting systems in affected portions of the Administration Building, Electrical, Architectural, Structural improvements supplemental to the HVAC improvements, Commissioning of all new HVAC systems, service water heating systems and lighting systems.
