Licensed Site Remediation Professional:a. Direct Personal Service and Advice the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) or, in the LSRP absence, the services of a qualified, licensed associate, rendered on a part-time basis, to attend meetings of the Municipal Governing Body, and other Boards or Commissions when authorized, and to provide consulting advice. Such direct service will not include preparation of any drawings or detailed reports, or the services of any office staff in addition to the Consultant, or any service specifically scheduled hereinafter in this Proposal. b. Observations of Improvements Installations When directed or required, the LSRP shall provide services necessary to observe, assess conformity to State and Local requirements and report upon the installation of site improvements in connection with commercial and residential site developments, as requested. c. Review and Direction Concerning Permits and Certificates When directed or required, the LSRP shall provide services necessary to review, assess conformity to requirements and take necessary action with respect to issuance of certificates, permits, licenses and similar regulatory documents. When requested, the LSRP shall provide technical advice to other Municipal employees, officials, and agents concerning their review of such documents. See attached file.

Labor Counsel shall be either (a) a member of or employed by a firm of New Jersey licensed attorneys with at least eight (8) years’ experience, or (b) shall personally have at least five (5) years’ experience representing municipalities in NJ employment and personnel law not limited to collective bargaining, PERC arbitration and mediation, ADA, FMLA and NJ FLMA. The individual(s) appointed as Labor counsel or primarily assigned by a firm must be a New Jersey licensed attorney, admitted to the bar and have five (5) years prior experience as a municipal Labor Counsel.
