Seeking proposals from firms with expertise in developing policy strategy for municipal governments, lobbying at the colorado general assembly and which will have a fulltime presence as the colorado state capitol during the 2026 legislative session.

City of Long Beach

Provide state legislative representation services benefiting a full-service Charter City. Services include supporting the City's legislative, regulatory, and budget advocacy activities at the state level; developing and implementing the City's legislative strategy and advocacy plan; and tracking legislation and providing progress reports on the City's advocacy.
