Interested and qualified organizations, firms, or individuals to render certain professional services as set forth in this RFP to provide community outreach for eligible Detroit residents experiencing housing instability and/or facing proceedings.

Arkansas Department of Human Services

To obtain pricing and a contract for Outreach & Program Support Improvement (PSI) Services across all DHS Divisions. The primary objective of this RFP is twofold: 1. Quality Improvement - The development and management of quality improvement activities to improve outcomes and promote best practices for DHS and its respective divisions and programs. 1. DHS Provider Outreach and Education - Overall support and education of providers of DHS programs and services through active training, communication, and feedback.
