Work consists principally of site work, the installation of all utilities and general oversight for a prefabricated bathroom building to be set up. Installation of all below floor piping according to the attached plans and connecting to existing main utility lines approximately 75' from the new building site. Installation of rock base per attached plans. Provide a licensed electrician and licensed plumber on site during the delivery of the prefabricated building. Provide general oversight of installation and connectivity of all utilities before and during the delivery of the building.
