Provide site improvements and paving work.

Lake Country School District

Mill and replacement of existing asphalt parking lot with new asphalt. Restripe parking lot to maximize parking quantity and efficiency of drop-off / pick-up vehicle circulation, coordinate layout closely with district. Include all paint striping. Replace existing concrete sidewalk with new concrete surfaces. Replacement of the existing concrete curb and gutter with new concrete 18" curb and gutters. New concrete to be synthetically reinforced, 4,000psi, saw-cut control joints, with color / texture to match existing concrete surfaces (or as recommended). See attached file.
