Lake Country School District
Replace all existing VAV boxes building-wide. Scope to include any associated ductwork replacement needed, relocation of boxes from in-classrooms (where applicable) to hallways, and relocation of boxes that are blocked by current location in the ceiling. See attached file.

Provide qualified and experienced firms to provide the services of a water systems mechanical devices expertise and field services technical engineer/technician to thoroughly inspect, troubleshoot, and repair or replace appurtenant components on both the water distribution system and water production system. Lake Country School District
Mill and replacement of existing asphalt parking lot with new asphalt. Restripe parking lot to maximize parking quantity and efficiency of drop-off / pick-up vehicle circulation, coordinate layout closely with district. Include all paint striping. Replace existing concrete sidewalk with new concrete surfaces. Replacement of the existing concrete curb and gutter with new concrete 18" curb and gutters. New concrete to be synthetically reinforced, 4,000psi, saw-cut control joints, with color / texture to match existing concrete surfaces (or as recommended). See attached file.

Replace exterior glass doors, storefront, and interior vestibule doors creating a secure entry sequence through the vestibule. In addition, replacement of the interior office door to include a secure transaction window. See attached file.
