The selected firm will inspect existing hot water tanks, evaluate options to reduce leak risk and modernize the system (including central hot water plant, heat-pump hot water, consolidation, or fixes), and provide cost estimates, pros/cons, energy impacts, and a final report with recommendations plus a presentation. Period of performance begins after contractor selection and the study must be completed by January 9, 2026.
