Replacement of the existing irrigation control system. Replace the existing irrigation control system with a new, industry-recognized smart irrigation control system. The new system shall efficiently operate existing irrigation zones and components while enhancing water management, monitoring, and maintenance capabilities.

Selective demolition, excavation/trenching, installation of new underground plumbing and irrigation, new control wiring and controls, replanting and regrassing the landscape, concrete and asphalt surface demolition and replacement, and other civil, landscape, plumbing, and electrical work items. Work also includes soil management and removal, hazardous material management and disposal, and landscape maintenance.
