Interior Alterations to the 1890's Building at Central Elementary School *REBID*

Demolition of existing elevator and conduit to work room areas. Alterations to the 1890's building to become three (3) active classrooms and a faculty room. Including new flooring, walls, doors, ceilings, and lighting. Addition of a unisex restroom and casework for a kitchenette in the faculty lounge, including plumbing and electrical reconfiguration where needed. Existing HVAC system to be removed in its entirety to accommodate new VUV systems.
