Inpatient Hospice Services - (RFP)

Provide services under the general inpatient (GIP) program. The goal of hospice is to ensure that patients receive patient-centric care in a comfortable environment with an acceptable pain level, allowing them to spend their final days with quality support, in a dignified manner. Additionally, hospice services offer supportive care to family members during this time. The hospice team includes the nurse, hospice nurse aide, social worker, chaplain and medical director.
