Adams County
Inmate video visitation and telephone system. The video visit system shall be a web-based remote video visitation system. It shall include inmate stations and a limited number of on-site public visiting stations (if on-site visitation becomes required), with web-based monitoring/controlling. Stations shall have a touch screen user interface integrated with an existing jail management system (JMS) with access to monitor via the internet. The system shall consist of cameras, monitors, microphones/handsets, an audio-video switching system, enclosures, and all electrical, cabling, materials, labor, equipment, and services to complete a functioning video visitation system.
Fairfax County
Provide, install and maintain various inmate communication solutions inclusive of an inmate telephone system (ITS), standard visitation system, lobby telephones, video visitation solution (VVS), correctional-grade tablets (Tablets) and stand-alone cash and credit/debit card deposit/payment devices (Kiosks).
Kane County Sheriff's Office
To evaluate qualified inmate communications services. The Contract period will be for a term of three years. The contract will automatically be renewed upon the same terms and conditions for two additional one-year periods unless earlier terminated as provided in the contractSee attached file.

Provide technically efficient integrated II telephone system, including wall mounted and wireless devices. This system will operate and control all II telephones at the MCJ and the MSA, as well as during any renovations or additions to those facilities, and any new jail facilities built during the contract period.
