Inmate Telephone Services (RFP)

Adams County

Inmate video visitation and telephone system. The video visit system shall be a web-based remote video visitation system. It shall include inmate stations and a limited number of on-site public visiting stations (if on-site visitation becomes required), with web-based monitoring/controlling. Stations shall have a touch screen user interface integrated with an existing jail management system (JMS) with access to monitor via the internet. The system shall consist of cameras, monitors, microphones/handsets, an audio-video switching system, enclosures, and all electrical, cabling, materials, labor, equipment, and services to complete a functioning video visitation system.

Fairfax County

Provide, install and maintain various inmate communication solutions inclusive of an inmate telephone system (ITS), standard visitation system, lobby telephones, video visitation solution (VVS), correctional-grade tablets (Tablets) and stand-alone cash and credit/debit card deposit/payment devices (Kiosks).

County of Placer

Inmate health care services shall be inclusive of medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health services, and services required under the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) CalAIM Justice Involved Reentry Initiative.
