Independent Cost Estimating Services (RFP)

The purpose of acquiring proposals from interested firms to provide services for which the consultant is assigned several tasks that mainly include serving as the independent cost estimator (ice) for upcoming construction manager/general contractor (cm/gc) projects. Additional tasks may include developing independent production-based cost estimates for projects, performing or analyzing critical path method (cpm) schedules for projects, performing constructability reviews during design, and other tasks related to cost estimating, scheduling, and constructability.
