Saprito Pier- Hurricane Damage and Recovery. The Tony Saprito Pier (987 John Ringling Causeway) was heavily damaged during the hurricane season in 2024. The City requires a Contractor to perform all services including but not limited to those required to repair, restore, and enhance resiliency for the City's infrastructure.

Provide conduct a comprehensive capital needs assessment (cna) the purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the current condition of the city's assets, identify necessary capital improvements, and prioritize these needs to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. The assessment will identify critical infrastructure needs, accessibility improvements, and strategies to enhance equity, self-sufficiency, and service delivery to the homeless population.
