Construction of a 4,500 ft access road to access the new Storage Tank site. Upgrades to existing antiquated Potable Water Source Well facilities including ancillary equipment and building repairs including: chemical feed equipment, HVAC, life safety, security, SCADA-controls, and backup power systems.
