Housing Services - (RFP)

Qualified service providers for Level 1 and Level 2 transitional, recovery, or emergency housing with case management services for justice-involved men and women, including veterans, experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. These individuals may be at risk of incarceration without the housing resources or require housing post-release to support stabilization in the community. Residents may include individuals with violent offense histories, mental illness or impairments, and those engaged in jail diversion programs, supervised release, or reentry services upon release from incarceration. Case management services should involve assessment, planning, coordination, evaluation, and advocacy tailored to individual needs, emphasizing trauma-informed, customer-centered approaches that focus on supporting a successful move to maintain permanent housing. Case management should facilitate connections to mainstream and community-based services, including public benefits and/or entitlements; treatment resources for ongoing recovery and health needs, and other services such as job training, childcare, housing, skills development programs, credit repair and expungement services.
