In general, the work consists of:a 7,154 SF remodeling on the First Floor of Tallent Hall. The work includes selective demolition, mechanical and electrical systems, cutting cast-in-place concrete, removal and reinstallation of acoustical ceilings. Renovation work includes interior gypsum board assemblies, wood doors and hollow metal frames, interior glazing, aluminum storefront framing, sliding glass doors, access doors, fixed louvers, door hardware. Interior finishes include acoustical ceiling systems, paint, resilient flooring and base, resinous flooring and base, tile carpeting, interior casework, plastic lockers, visual display boards, operable partitions, appliances, and roller window shades.
