Seeking quotes from qualified vendors for roof replacements. Tear off existing roof down to plywood decking. Inspect decking and replace up to five (5) pieces of 8" ship lap. Any additional decking needed is subjected to change order. Replace up to 16' of fascia. Paint not included. Broom clean existing plywood deck prior to installing underlayment. Install synthetic underlayment. Provide and install approx. 32 squares of 24ga 1. 5" snap lock standing seam. Fabricate and install drip edge/ rake trim. Fabricate and install ridge/ hip flashing. Fabricate and install zee closures. Provide dumpster/ haul away jobsite debris and provide daily cleanups. See outside link or attached file.
