Grease Trap maintenance. This contractor shall be responsible for pumping, cleaning, scraping, transporting, and disposing of waster from grease traps. Ensuring all grates, covers, grills, and hookups are returned to their original position before departing the area. In addition to the trap, all dainage lines shall be clear of grease, oil, dirt, lint or other material to ensure they are kept free flowing.

Tarrant County

Provide annual contract for grease, lint, oil, and sand trap cleaning services. Includes 800 gal. sand trap; 1,000 gal. grease trap; 250 gal. sand trap. Contractor shall, upon request, provide trap clean-out service visits to include the following services at a minimum ("skimming" in lieu of complete cleaning will not be acceptable): remove all liquid and solid waste residues from trap.
