Grant Writing and Consulting Services (Request For Qualifications)

Provide strategic guidance, technical support, grant writing, and project management services in support of the agency's pursuit of transportation and transit-related funding opportunities: general responsibilities; conduct eligibility assessments and evaluate strategic alignment for proposed projects; manage the grant application process, including: creation of a notice of funding opportunity (nofo) summary; development of a task schedule with responsible parties and due dates; identification of the grant application team (agency staff, project managers, and specialists).
